Eva D. Urkoff, 84 OCEAN VIEW - Eva D. Urkoff, age 84, of Ocean View, formerly of Howell, N..J, passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. In addition to her parents Eva was preceded in death by her two daughters, Donna Victoria Quandt, and Vera Ellen Marachi. She is survived by her son-in-law, Stephen Quandt of Millsboro; two grandsons, Michael B. Quandt of Millville, and Stephen Victor Quandt of Manchester, N.J.; a nephew, George Reynolds of Seaford; and three great-grandchildren, Michael, Victoria and Vanessa Quandt. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at St. George's Cemetery in Clarksville. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services of Ocean View.
