FREDERICA - Eva C. Burrell of Frederica died on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at her home. She was 86. Eva was born on May 22, 1929 in Canton, Mass. to the late G. Arthur and Hazel Leland Hiltz. She was a member of Capitol Baptist Church in Dover and the Frederica Senior Center. Eva loved to sing. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Hugh Caseley; her second husband, Frank Burrell; a son, Edward Caseley; one sister, and three brothers. She is survived and loved by (four) children, Deane Betts and her husband Burt of Frederica, Joan Patch and her husband John of Bradenton, Fla., Hugh Caseley of Frederica, and Alan Caseley of Pilon, S.C.; (11) grandchildren, (31) great grandchildren, and (12) great great grandchildren; (three) sisters, Ruth Anderson of Massachusetts, Barbara Baker of South Carolina, and Carol Chisholm of Massachusetts; and a sister-in-law, Cynthia Caseley. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1 p.m., at Capitol Baptist Church, 401 Kesselring Ave, Dover, DE 19904. Family and friends may call one hour prior to funeral.
