Dover - Eugene C. Ford passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014, he was 71 years old. Husband of Scarlett; father of Brian Hall; stepfather of Shayne Oliver; grandfather to Damon Lloyd and a host of other grandchildren, great-grandfather of Nasya Lloyd. Gene and Scarlett are the well known owners and operators of Ford's Tavern located in Wilmington. Burial will be in Veteran Cemetery, Bear, DE.
