MILLSBORO - Ethel Virginia Bibbins, passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2008. Ethel was born Jan. 5, 1946 to the late Charles Edward and Ethel Mae Bibbins of Bayside, Va. Ethel was a previous member of Metompkin Baptist Church in Parksley, Va. She ;later became a member of the Bible Church of Christ in Dagsboro. Ethel is survived by four children, Michael Bibbins, of Colorado Springs, Colo., George (Jennifer) Bibbins, of Millsboro, Juanita Bibbins, of Lincoln, and Wayne Bibbins, of Milford; five brothers, Charles (Betty Lou) Bibbins, Gilbert (Julia) Bibbins, of Parksley, Va., Albert (Mona) Bibbins, of Greenbush, Va., Saunders (Gwendolyn) Bibbins, of Ellendale, and William Thomas Bibbins, of Parksley, Va.; one aunt, Agnes (Frank) Blake, of Wilmington; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2008 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home in Millsboro, and from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008, at the Bible Church of Christ in Dagsboro. The funeral service will follow immediately.
