HARRINGTON - Ernie Rhodes, 56, of Harrington, passed away peacefully at 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2011, at Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, from his battle with lung cancer. He will be remembered by many for his loving and peaceful nature. He was a true gentleman. He worked in construction for 30 years. He will be greatly missed by many family and friends. His passions were singing country music,boating/fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his sons, Kevin and Julie Rhodes of Salisbury Md., Nathan Rhodes of Interlachen, Fla.; two stepchildren, Ryan and Tonya White; his two sisters, Marcie and Jake Baker and Vera Rhodes, also of Interlachen, Fla.; his fiancee, Eileen Coonelly and her three children Stephen, Joe and Elizabeth. Also two grandchildren, Eva Rhodes of Salisbury, and Rylan Rhodes of Interlachen Fla. Condolences may be sent to ernieileen2gethr@verizon.net.
