MILLSBORO - Elva Mae Hopkins Wise, age 69 years, peacefully departed this life on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, at the Milford Hospice Center, Milford. Elva leaves a legacy of love and precious memories forever to her husband, Vincent, whom she lovingly called "Tamp"; two sons, Vincent N. (Robin) Wise, Jr. (Peanut), and Terrence J. Wise (TJ); three step-children, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; three brothers, one sister, and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be 1 p.m., Jan. 22, 2011, at St. John's 2nd Baptist Church, Millsboro, where a viewing will be held two hours prior. Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home, Millsboro.
