LINCOLN - Elizabeth Lowbra Macklin-Harris, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009, at Genesis Health Care, Milford. She was 99. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Jesus Love Temple, 106 S. Walnut St., Milford. Viewing will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Soloam Cemetery, Lincoln. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Milford. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
