DOVER - Elizabeth E. "Betty" Haddick, 85, passed away at the Capital Nursing Home on Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, surrounded by family. Betty spent many years as a bookkeeper for Dover Automotive (formerly Watkins Auto Supply) and as a hostess at the Coral Reef and later at the Gold Key. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chief Master Sgt. Harold W. Haddick; and a daughter-in-law, Carol Haddick. She is survived by her sons, Harold William Haddick Jr. and wife Barbara of Mt. Holly, N.J., Robert L. Haddick and wife Lisa of Dayton, Ohio, and Richard L. Haddick and wife Pamela of Wyoming; former daughter-in-law, Cookie Haddick of Dayton, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Nikki Haddick, Carly Haddick, Wills Haddick, Chris Haddick, Jennifer Fletcher and husband Greg, Kimberly Corbeil, Brandon Haddick, and Adam Haddick; and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends may visit from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to an organization of your choice. Letters of condolence can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
