CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Elbert Clements Moody Jr., 76, departed this life, Thursday, March 17, 2011, at Chester River Hospital Center, Chestertown, Md. A funeral service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, March 26, at Janes United Methodist Church, Chestertown, with a viewing two hours prior to the service.
