Edward C. Fisher, 49 DOVER - Edward C. Fisher, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009, in the Christiana Hospital, Newark. He was 49. Born September 3, 1960, he was the son of the late Cobey Jones and Frances Fisher. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 11, 2010, at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Burial will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook may be signed at www.bennismithfuneralhome.com.
