Dulce Lopez de Castro DOVER - Dulce Lopez de Castro died Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010, at Capitol Healthcare Services in Dover surrounded by her family. Born in 1921 in Santiago, Cuba, she was the daughter of the late Domingo Lopez and Salustiana Solis Lopez. Mrs. de Castro was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved being with her family and cooking for them. Her greatest joys were her four grandchildren. Mrs. de Castro is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Grizel and Alex Muniz of Dover; her son and daughter-in-law, Jorge and Charlene de Castro of Bethpage, N.Y.; and her grandchildren, Alexis and Rebecca Muniz of Dover, and Kevin and Mark de Castro of Bethpage, N.Y. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, April 8, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Charles Cemetery, Lindenhurst, N.Y.
