Like all people, everyone has an opinion and can voice that opinion.
In a recent piece, Mr. Daniel Pritchett slammed the president for trying to fix the government (“It’s a dangerous time for our country”). Mr. Pritchett didn’t have anything to say when Joe Biden wandered through the presidency.
He writes that Elon Musk is trying to make things better and taking no salary. Musk has developed many successful companies that have made him a very rich person. How many other billionaires have devoted their time to improving the government? He also owns a company that will rescue astronauts left in space by NASA.
Mr. Pritchett gives his version of MSNBC and CNN talking points regarding what President Donald Trump said about soldiers in graves. This never happened. Even John Bolton, who doesn’t like Trump, said he was standing right there and never heard Trump say this.
He also claims that allies don’t like Trump, which could be true, but Trump told them in his first term that they had to do more for security and for NATO. The allies didn’t listen, and Russia invaded Ukraine for the second time. The first was under Barack Obama, the second under Biden, yet Russia didn’t try under the first Trump term. Now, Trump is trying to end the war, and the Biden administration never talked to Vladimir Putin himself during its term.
How much money in fraud and waste is Mr. Pritchett willing to accept? When did he see the decline of President Biden? When did he notice the border was closed, according to Biden, yet 10 million people came into the country, and some were even flown into the country by Joe Biden?
Maybe it’s time to rethink where the country is and where the taxpayer money is going.
