The fact that a civility resolution needed to be introduced shows what has gone into the whole world. One side says that, if you don’t agree with us, then we’ll shut you out.
Look at the representatives in the House now and which side controls every bill or resolution that can be brought to the floor. The lack of respect is brought from home and from the way people are taught at home, in schools and in society.
