Posted

DOVER — An 85-year-old Dover woman has died from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash March 3.

Delaware State Police said Joyce Henry was hospitalized after the Toyota Corolla she was driving was struck by a BMW 325, while crossing the southbound lanes of North Dupont Highway.

Ms. Henry died Friday.

The driver of the BMW, a 20-year-old Dover man, and the passenger, a 17-year-old female, were taken by ambulance to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The investigation continues, and police ask witnesses to contact Master Cpl. J. Lane at 302-698-8457, send a message via the state police Facebook page or contact Delaware Crime Stoppers at 800-847-3333.
