DOVER — A 41-year-old Dover man was arrested on drug charges last Friday after a search warrant at his home, authorities said.

Marvin Hardy was taken into custody without incident in the 100 block of S/W Kings Highway at 1:55 p.m., Dover Police spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said. Delaware Probation and Patrol also took part in the investigation.

According to police officers allegedly located 216.3 grams of marijuana.

Charges included possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of marijuana in a Tier 1 quantity. Mr. Hardy was released on $8,250 unsecured bond.
