Dover councilman looks back on storied life
Neil, 91, also anticipating another term

Third District Dover City Councilman Fred Neil announced last month that he would seek a fourth four-year term in April’s municipal election.
The 91-year-old said he was not planning on running again, but a request from Mayor Robin Christiansen changed his mind.
