Dover candidate survey: Donyale Hall

Donyale Hall has lived in Dover since 1973, when her father was assigned to Dover Air Force Base, and subsequently raised her own family here. She is a 1987 graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. While a political outsider who has not previously held public office, Ms. Hall is an Air Force Gulf War-era veteran and has served as a program specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Veterans’ Employment and Training Services.
