DOVER — Mitten & Winters CPAs was voted the winners of the Downtown Dover Partnership’s Winter 2025 Merchant Window Contest.

This year’s themes were “Winter Fun!” and “WinterFest” in anticipation of the reimagined WinterFest festival that will take place in downtown Dover on Jan. 16-17.

Mitten & Winters CPAs, located at 117 W Loockerman St., Suite 119, was awarded first place by winning the hearts of the judges with a design that “made you feel like Christmas.”

Second place went to Forney’s, Too, located at 102 W. Loockerman St., for their window design featuring “clever representation of fun plus great merchandising.”

Esteem was awarded third place for their retro design and Irish Mike’s Old Town Pub received Honorable Mention.

The Downtown Dover Partnership extended a heartfelt thank you to contest judges – Marilyn Smith and Helen Wiles, from Dover Kent Metropolitan Planning Organization – as well as all of the business and organizations who participated in this year’s Holiday Window Contest.
