He was born in Central Falls, RI to William and Joanne Keddie.
Funeral Services will be 12PM Friday, April 5th at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St., Dover, DE 19901 with visitation starting at 11:00 AM.
Burial will be private in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover.
