Dorothy Sbriglia, 81
CAMDEN - Dorothy Sbriglia passed away on April 22, 2023, with family by her side. Dorothy was 81 years old, born September 18, 1941 in Bronx, New York.
Dorothy is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 63 years, Guy A. Sbriglia; seven children, Donna, Guy, George, Joseph, Maria, Christopher, and Jonathon; ten grandchildren, Erica, Derek, Bryan, Kelsey, Dylan, Guy, Claire, Isabella, Benjamin, and Zachary; and two great children, Elaina and Lincoln.
Dorothy taught in the Caesar Rodney School District and is retired from the State of Delaware after 20+ years as a Senior Development Specialist. Dorothy suffered through many medical issues through the years but remained positive and beat the odds. Dorothy was known as the neighborhood taxi as she picked up many neighborhood kids from after school practices and games. Dorothy loved her flowers, gardening, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2 pm at 106 Eden Terrace, Hartly, DE 19953. Interment will be private.
