Jennings, 66 FREDERICA- Dorothy Riley Jennings went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013. Dorothy was born, Feb. 16, 1947, in Lewes, Del. to the Late- Ernest and Lucy (Moore) Riley. She had worked as a cook for the Department of Corrections, for over 15 years, before retiring. Dorothy also enjoyed cooking, decorating, entertaining and spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She was a member of N.M.N. Ministries. Dorothy is survived by her three children, Lauren Paris, of Baltimore, Md.; Angela Paris, of Dover; and Kawain Riley, of Frederica; her siblings, Mary Ross, of Dover, Margie Riley, of Manhatten, N.Y., Martha McCown, and Cecil Riley, both of New Haven, Conn.; and two grandchildren, Laurence Briggs, of Baltimore, Md. and Ta'Shawn Paris, of Dover. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 in the Union Baptist Church, 883 Lincoln Street., Dover, DE. 19904 where family and friends may visit from 10 to 11 am.
