Dorothy Lucille Bordley Moore, 63 DOVER - Dorothy Lucille Bordley Moore, of Dover, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, surrounded by her loving family members. She was 63. Dorothy was born on Nov. 30, 1944, in Wyoming, to Gertrude Stevens Bordley and the late Fred Bordley. She was a member of M.F. Chase Unity Memorial Church, Star Hill, where she served in the missionary department, past president of the senior choir, executive secretary of the general session, and president of the general adult group. Dorothy retired as a sales associate from Playtex, Dover. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Roger B. Moore; daughter, Melissa A. Jeter of Dover; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; mother, Gertrude P. Bordley of Dover; three brothers, William, John, and David Bordley, all of Dover; and three sisters, Anna Quail of Dover, Doris Watson of Hockessin, and Helen Scott of Dover. Services will be noon Tuesday at M.F. Chase Unity Memorial Church, Star Hill, where friends may call two hours prior. Dr. Samuel L. Dixon will officiate. Florist may deliver flowers by 9:30 a.m. at the church. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Services.
