Millsboro - Mrs. Dorothy Lee Best "Dottie" passed away peacefully after a long illness on Wed., Mar. 25, 2015. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wed., Apr. 1, 2015 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call after 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her husband. Flowers are welcome or donations in Dottie's memory can be made to Season's Hospice, 220 Continental Drive, Newark, DE 19713. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
