Doris P. Probus

GREENWOOD - Doris Probus passed away on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Doris was born in Quebec City Canada and was a resident of Greenwood for the past ten years. She also had been an active member of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, in Milford.
She will always be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Paul; daughters, Anne Coogan and husband Michael of Manchester, N.J., Marie Nugent and husband Jack of Belleplain, N.J., Suzanne Zadlock of Old Bridge, N.J., and Linda Zadlock of South River, N.J.; sons, Ray Zadlock and wife Terri of Old Bridge, N.J., Frank Zadlock and wife Debra of Marlboro, N.J., and Paul Probus, Jr., and wife Kristine of King George, Va.; as well as ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Doris was preceded in death by a son, Edward Zadlock.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017 from 9 to 9:45 a.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Nov. 2, 1017 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Ave., Milford, DE 19963. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Burial Park, Jamesburg, N.J.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to: Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, Del 19963.
