LANCASTER, Pa. - Donna M. Myer passed away peacefully on Monday, June 18, 2012, surrounded by her loving family at Hospice of Lancaster County, Mount Joy, PA following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born May 21, 1955, in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Dr. Russell Crispell and the late Marian (Mohler) Varner. Donna worked in various positions in the educational field for over 25 years most recently as a para-professional with Manheim Township School District. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister in law, Holly Crispell. She will be lovingly missed by her two sons, who were the light of her life, Matthew Joseph Myer, of Philadelphia and Daniel Jacob Myer, of Dover, Del.; her father, Dr. Russell Crispell, husband of Giulia, of Troy, Mich. and two brothers, Mark Crispell, of North East, Md. and Eric Crispell, husband of Mary Beth, of Brentwood, Tenn.; as well as Donna's former husband of 23 years, Joe Myer, of Dover, Del. A Memorial Service will be held for Donna at the Lancaster Church of the Brethren, 1601 Sunset Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601, on Sunday, June 24, 2012, at 4 p.m. with visitation being held between 2 and 4 p.m. Private Interment will be in the Millbach Community Cemetery, Millcreek, Pa.
