DOVER - Donald William Size of Dover died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011 at home. He was 77. Mr. Size was born July 21, 1933 in Scranton, Pennsylvania to the late William Size and Esther Frishman Size. He served in the United States Navy for three years and then the United States Air Force for 17 years as an aircraft mechanic. After the service he worked at GM for a few years before working for the United States Postal Service where he retired after 20 years. He earned his associate degree from Del Tech in Psychology. Mr. Size was an avid fisherman and a champion handball and racquet ball player. He enjoyed playing bingo, traveling internationally, and family gatherings. Mr. Size is survived by a former spouse, Prachube Yannacci of Dover, Del.; eight children, Donald Size of Dallas, Texas, Bobbie Joe of Raleigh , N.C., Charuporn Robinson, of Dover, Del., Charupin LeMin of Claymont, Del., Charupun Trapkasem of Camden, Del., Prayoot Charoenthep of Woodbridge, Va., E. Elizabeth Wagenhoffer of Smyrna, Del., and Melanie Buckley of Fairfax, Va.; ten grandchildren affectionately regarded him as Grandpa Don, Jared Ethan, Brooke Elle and Bree Elise Wagenhoffer, Anita Lynn, Alexander Peter, Amanda Compaerporn, and Amelia Mei Robinson, Luc and Alec Charoenthep, and Dom Trapkasem. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at Sharon Hills Memorial Park , 2928 Sharon Hill Road , Dover, DE. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the following organizations: American Heart Association P.O. Box 15120 Chicago, IL 60693 or National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. 2600 Network Blvd. Suite 300, Frisco , TX 75034 .
