SEAFORD - Donald Lee Yoder, of Seaford, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. He was 77. Donald was born Nov. 26, 1931, in Madison County, Ohio, the son of the late Samuel and Mary Kramer Yoder. He was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, retiring with 28 years of service. Mr. Yoder attended the Atlanta Road Alliance Church in Seaford. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Yoder. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Martha Troyer Yoder; a daughter, Connie German and husband H.G. of Seaford; four grandchildren, Sarah Bradley and husband Kenny, Matthew, Rachel, and Luke Erixson; three great-grandchildren, Kyle, Jordan, and Connor Bradley; and a sister, Urma Smith of Urbana, Ohio. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 30, at Tressler Mennonite Church, Greenwood. Family and friends may call at the church on Saturday from 6 - 8 p.m. Interment will be held at Tressler Mennonite Church Cemetery, Greenwood. Arrangements by Fleischauer Funeral Home, Greenwood.
