SEAFORD - Donald Eugene Waters, 58, died Feb. 11, 2011, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary A.M.E. Church, (Concord) Seaford. Viewing will be 9 to 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be at Delaware Veterans Cemetery, Millsboro. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Seaford.
