CAMDEN - Donald D. Ziegler, Sr., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. Donald was born, July 18, 1934, in Wyoming, to the late, David and Daisy (Tomlinson) Ziegler. He worked as a self-employed house painter for over 25 years before retiring; and in his free time enjoyed deer hunting and gardening. Donald is survived by his wife of 60 years, Carla (Chadwick) Ziegler; two children, Vicki Lee Brown, of Wyoming and Donald D. Ziegler, Jr. and wife, Melissa, of Felton; sisters, Gladys Sipple, of Wyoming and Betty Johnson, of Dover; two grandchildren, Warren Ziegler and wife, Amanda, of Frederica and Travis Ziegler, of Felton; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may view one hour before.
