I strongly support Donna Mitchell for the 2nd District seat on Dover City Council. I worked with Donna for 10 years when I was city manager and she was finance director, and I have nothing but respect for her. She’s got a fantastic work ethic, a sharp eye for efficiency and a real passion for Dover.
Donna is, without a doubt, the most experienced candidate. After a successful career in accounting and finance, including time at Playtex Products, she became Dover’s city manager. She did a great job, with no drama. Her knowledge of budgets, finance and accounting is way beyond anyone else on council or running for it.
We need someone with her skills right now. Please join me and your neighbors in supporting Donna Mitchell on Tuesday.
