Dennis was born Aug. 28, 1951, in Easton, Md., son of the late Norman "Tag" and Catherine Elliott.

Mr. Elliott served in the U.S. Marine Corps for several years.

He was a lineman for several different companies before he settled down with Utility, where he worked his way up to being a foreman. He loved his job and the people he worked with.

Dennis was an outgoing, good hearted person who was well liked by all.

He was survived by his daughter, Tiffany Elliott of Seaford; two grandkids, Tristine Fleetwood and Trace Newcomer, both of Seaford; a brother, Mike Elliott of Federalsburg, Md.; and many other family members.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Fleischauer Funeral Home, 48 W. Market St., Greenwood, where friends may call one hour earlier.
