FREDERICA - Delores Frank White died Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Genesis Milford Center. Mrs. White was born Aug. 11, 1933 in Swedesboro, N.J. to the late James Frank and Marian Porter Frank. She worked for many years as a carrier for Delaware State Newspaper. She loved to cook and to work in her yard. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband Ralph H White, in 1978, and son Robert White in 2004. Mrs. White is survived by her son Boyd White and his wife Deborah of Magnolia; daughter, Marian Baillargeon and her husband David of Wyoming; brother, Boyd Frank of Port Orange, Fla; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and special friends Jewell Marsh and Pat Dawson. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wed., June 19, 2013 in Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt. 10), Dover, DE 19901, where friends may call one hour prior.
