Delaware harm reduction bill now heads to governor’s office

DOVER — A bill that establishes a regulatory framework for Delaware’s harm reduction programs and decriminalizes drug paraphernalia for users now heads to Gov. Matt Meyer’s desk, as it passed the House of Representatives on Tuesday, June 23.
