Gov. Matt Meyer has reassigned two executive staff members, his office announced.
The changes were made official July 24, when chief of staff Vanessa Phillips was reassigned to become a senior adviser to Gov. Meyer, while his deputy legal counsel, Misty Seemans, was promoted to chief of staff.
