Debra "Debbie" Raye Brown, 54 HARRINGTON - Debra "Debbie" Raye Brown passed away on September 3, 2009, in her home. She was born on November 23, 1954 to Raymond and Regina Brown of Harrington. Debra "Debbie" Brown loved her family and siblings. She was a very loving person who gave her heart to foster care. Ms. Brown had a heart of gold and enjoyed talking to her mother who was her best friend. They spoke every night on the phone. She loved her nephews and nieces, they were her main interest. She enjoyed hummingbirds and her yard was filled with them. She loved animals, especially her dog "Teddy". She enjoyed collecting Native American jewelry. She is survived by her parents, Raymond and Regina Brown of Harrington; brothers, Aubrey and Gail Brown of Cumberland, Md., Stephen and "Bobbie" Brown of Harrington; and a sister her husband, Tracy and Greg Reed of Houston; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the graveside. Interment will be at the Hollywood Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Aubrey Brown. Arrangements are by the Melvin Funeral Home, Harrington, DE.
