MIDDLETOWN - David Ray Lewis, 58, of Middletown, passed away Dec. 28, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Lewis; two sons, Bruce and Darryl Lewis; his mother, Willa Lewis; two sisters, Betty Goff and Judy Danberry; mother-in-law, Agnes Thomas; sister-in-law, Shirley Woerner and her husband, Mike; numerous nieces and nephews; his loving and beloved dog, Tuffy, as well as many dear friends. Memorial services will be noon, Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street in Middletown, where friends may visit with his family one hour prior to service.
