David Lee Tully

MILLSBORO - Mr. David Lee Tully, of Millsboro, formerly of the Washington D.C. area, passed away on Nov. 3, 2011. He was 59. Mr. Tully was born on June 15, 1952, to the late Richard W. and Lenora Beach Tully. He was a United States Navy Veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He was an award winning floral designer in the Washington D.C. area for over 35 years, before relocating to Delaware. He was a generous but quiet man. He was loved and will be sorely missed. He is survived by two brothers, Jim and Tom Tully, both of Iowa; and a special friend, Shary Weisman of Millsboro; her son, Sam Weisman of Centreville, Va.; and nieces and nephews.
