On Nov. 5, 76.7 million Americans sent a loud and clear message to every Democratic politician: We are fed up with your policies of the last four years and demand serious change.
President Joe Biden’s policies for the past four years have focused on: the irrationality and danger that an open-door policy represents to our national security; ignorance with respect to a strong foreign policy (appeasement is obviously the wrong policy), which has led to two wars and the possibility of World War III; dangerous transgender policies that ignore parents, as well as boys playing girls’ sports; uncontrolled, reckless and foolish government spending; the concept of diversity, equity and inclusion over meritocracy; and belief in the religion of climate change that could destroy the auto industry in this country.
Joe and Vice President Kamala Harris have lost over 300,000 illegal immigrant children and, from appearances, have done nothing to find them. Since the election, many of President-elect Donald Trump’s picks for his Cabinet and other positions, along with their families, have been targeted for violence and death. Rather than be the leader he proclaims to be, Joe has been silent about these threats. Where is his Department of Justice and FBI?
We have the mayor of Boston and the governor of Massachusetts, the attorney general and the governor of New York, the governor of New Jersey, the mayor of Chicago and the governor of Illinois, the mayor of Denver and the governor of Colorado, the governor of Arizona and, finally, the city of Los Angeles and the governor of California all vowing to fight President-elect Trump and continue the Democrats’ race and their desire to have Trump disappear. The Democrats may still be strong in Delaware, but understand that even that strength is waning.
The above-mentioned places and people, along with Joe and Kamala, are stuck in a time bubble that was burst Nov. 5. If the individuals mentioned above had a little common sense and understanding of the American voter, they would rethink their positions and try to outline policies that would be beneficial to their constituents and country. Sadly, I don’t see that happening. Why?
The only explanation I can think of is their absolute and total hatred for one man: Donald Trump. They will forget their first-and-foremost responsibility to their voting constituency — public safety — and, instead, continue the lies and misinformation they and their Democratic followers keep pushing. The majority of the American public is fed up with listening to the garbage spewed by the print and news media about Trump and his policies. He will make America a better place in which to live, work, raise a family and practice the religion of your choice without fear of being labeled un-American.
A word to the Republican majority: Enact the laws and policies that the American public voted for Nov. 5 and start thinking about 2026 midterm elections now! If the Democrats retake the House of Representatives, the first thing they will do is institute impeachment proceedings against President Trump. They hate him and his policies that much. Don’t give the Democrats an inch lest they retake the House and institute their terrible and destructive policies again.
