DOVER - Cynthia Susan Sipple Sinclair, passed away on Monday Oct. 13, 2008, in Dover. Cindy was born in Dover and raised in Leipsic, the daughter of Janet Sipple and the late Fred Sipple Sr. Cindy graduated from Dover High School and attended Delaware State University pursuing a degree in psychology. She worked for the Division of Public Health in Dover for 34 years, retiring a few years ago to focus on getting well. She had a long illness which she fought valiantly for many years. Those who knew her remember her bright spirit and infectious laugh. She would never intentionally hurt anyone. Cindy loved Florida, especially Disney World. She was the happiest when she was on vacation to somewhere warm and sunny. Cindy was very thankful for her doctors and the wonderful caring nurses in the Infusion Lab at Kent General Hospital. In addition to her father, Fred Sr., Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Jr. in 1976. She is survived by her mother, Janet; her sister, Robin Kimble and her husband Teddy of Sudlersville, Md.; her brother, Dale Sipple of Lewes; a niece, Sabrina and three nephews, Cameron, William and Cody; and aunt and uncle, Pearl and Harry Leslie of Hartly and several cousins. Cindy also leaves two dedicated friends, Cheryl Deering and Lori Shinsky as well as her closest friends, Mary and Dickie Brown with whom she shared a home for the last two years, Cindy referred to them as her sister and brother.
