MILLSBORO - Cynthia G. Morrell, age 68, of Millsboro, passed away Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Mount Holly, N.J., daughter of the late, Edward and Dorothy (Reynolds) Morrell. She was very grateful for the friendships she made through the Girl Scout's.
