Cynthia C. Paul, 52 DOVER - Cynthia C. Paul, of Dover, passed away on May 25, 2010, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital. She was 52. Viewing will be from 1 to 3 p.m., Monday, May 31, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover. A second viewing will be from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday June 1 at Crossroad Christian Church, 4867 N. duPont Highway, Dover, with funeral beginning at 12 p.m. Interment will be in Whatcoat Cemetery, Dover. www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
