Constance N. Lofland

GREENWOOD - Constance N. "Connie" Lofland passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Helen Moore. Her son, Joseph (Joey) Lofland, and two brothers, Jimmy and Gary Moore preceded her in death. Mrs. Lofland worked in the family business, Lofland's Bakery, for many years prior to retiring. She was an accomplished water-skier and loved working in her flower garden. She attended Calvary United Methodist Church in Milford. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Joseph F. (Joe) Lofland Jr.; and one daughter, Rhonda Root, and her husband Harold; and a brother, Phillip Moore and his wife Shirley; four grandchildren, MJ Lofland, Nicole Lofland, Jason Root, and Matthew Lofland; and one great-granddaughter, Elise Joelle Lofland; and her white lab, Goldie. Graveside services were held at Milford Community Cemetery, Milford, Delaware on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014.
