Colleen B. Devol DOVER - Colleen B. Devol, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010, in the Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa. Born May 28, 1857 in Wichita, Kan., she was the daughter of Herbert Devol and Virginia Devol Ferlardo. Memorial Services will be 6 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2010, at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
