At 23, Clayton vice mayor’s youth doesn’t impede service

He’s a 23-year-old elected official in Clayton and justifiably proud of it.
On Tuesday, town native Ryan Paisley — about a year after he first joined Clayton’s governing body — was appointed vice mayor, a clear sign of affirmation from his four fellow council members.
