DOVER - Christopher Raymond Davis, of Dover died Friday, March 6, 2009, in his home. He was 38. Chris was born Sept. 30, 1970, in Wiesbaden, Germany to Ronnie Davis and the late Sophia Stassinopaulos Davis who died Jan. 1, 2004. He graduated from Torrejon High School in Madrid, Spain and received his Associate of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering at Delaware Technical Community College and had attended the University of Delaware. He was employed by Gardia Security in Dover. Chris really enjoyed his job and was always teased by the fact he looked so young. He will be dearly missed by his co-workers and customers. Chris was a humble and of a special kindred soul. He was loved by everyone. Chris loved our heavenly father and his church. Rest in eternal peace our precious son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Chris is survived by his father, Ronnie Davis and step-mother, Joyce of Dover; his sister, Anna Thomas and her husband Robert of Camden; a special nephew, Adrian and beloved niece ,Alexis; maternal grandmother, Anna Negris of Glyfada, Greece; his paternal grandmother, Nicolette Stampul of Paris, France; a very special cousin, Maria Tsoutsoura of Athens, Greece. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. today, March 14, 2009, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10). Friends may call one hour prior.
