Charlotte Franklin Gum, 70 SELBYVILLE - Charlotte Franklin Gum, 70, of Selbyville, passed away at her home on Thursday, July 22, 2010. She was born in Frankford, daughter of the late, Charles and Edna (Birch) Franklin. Charlotte was a retired Lab Technician at Townsend's Hatchery. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Mike Fisher and daughter, Rita Scanlon. She is survived by her daughter, Dannette R. Clark; brother, Albert Franklin; sister, Sallie Littleton; and six grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 26th at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services on Thatcher St., in Frankford, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Burial will be in Millsboro Cemetery.
