CENTREVILLE, MD. - Charlotte Collison White passed away on Feb. 6, 2015. She was born on Mar. 5, 1927 in Gladwyn, Pa., daughter of late, Edwin and Ada (McFarland) Baker. She was a member of the Centreville Methodist Church and the Homemakers Club of Centreville where she enjoyed sharing in activities with friends. She loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked during WWII with the FBI as a fingerprint analyst. After retiring from Playtex in 1989, she worked as a realtor for Long and Foster and Century 21. She was married to the late, Lawrence (Nobe) Collison, Denton, Md. She is survived by a son, Ronald Collison and his wife, Kathie of Alexandria, Va.; and a daughter, Darlene Collison Drummond and her husband Allen of Felton; two grandchildren, Amy Holloway and Carrie Holloway Custis; and four great-grandchildren. She married William C. White of Centreville in 1978. She is also survived by five stepchildren, Ruth Cecil and her husband Gene, Sherry Palmatary and her husband Harvey, Linda Cecil and her husband Gary, Tanis Duckery, and Billy White and his wife Reyna; fourteen step-grandchildren; fifteen step-great-grandchildren; and one step great-great-grandchild. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 10th, 2 p.m. at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A., 12 S. Second Street in Denton, Md. where friends may visit one hour before. The burial will be in the Denton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Compass Regional Hospice, 255 Comet Drive, Centreville, Md. 21617.
