Charles Robert Pitts, 76
SELBYVILLE - Charles Robert Pitts, of Selbyville, passed away on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, in the comfort of his home. He was 76. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 20 years, Marcella Pitts; one son, Darrel L. Mumford; five daughters, Beverly (Issiac) Holland, Dixie L. (Sierra) Ochoa, Linda J. ( Roland) Woods, Unice (Tony) Hopkins, and Zina B. (William) Hazzard; two daughters-in-law, numerous stepchildren, three brothers, three sisters, one brother-in-law, 20 grandchildren, 23 great- grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Zoar United Methodist Church, Selbyville, where friends and family may pay final respects at noon. Committal will be at the Golden Acres Cemetery, Bishopville, Md. Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home.
