Charles R. Cherry, 60
DOVER - Charles R. Cherry, 60, of Dover, son of the late Charles D. Daniels, and the late Marjorie Cherry Lewis, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009, at Kent General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his stepfather, Edward R. Lewis; brothers: Bobby Daniels, Louis Daniels, and Herman Lewis; sisters, Betty Sykes, Elaine (Michael) Hitchens, Donna and Debbie (Buddy) Lewis; and a devoted friend of many years: Harvey Evans and numerous other relatives and dedicated friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday at the Clarence St. Church of God, Seaford, where friends may call two hours prior. The Bishop Carlton Cannon will deliver the eulogy. Interment will be in the Middleford Cemetery. Arrangements by Deborah E. Harris-Nock Funeral Home, Laurel.
