SMYRNA - Charles James Melvin passed away peacefully at Bayhealth Hospital in Dover with family by his side on Saturday, Jul. 1, 2017.
Mr. Melvin was born on Jul. 3, 1955 to the late Charles and Emaline Melvin.
He is survived by his daughter, Jamann Caselles and her husband Santiago and their daughters, Lucianna and Isabella all of Smyrna. He is also survived by a sister, Patricia McGinnis and her husband Robert of Clayton; a niece, Trisha McGinnis and her son Rawlins; along with extended family members.
Burial will be private.
